Lingua Cottage is a study lounge designed for language learning and cultural exchange.
• You can study in a quiet environment.
• We offer seminar room rentals for group language lessons and workshops.
• Various cultural exchange events are also hosted.
• Wi-Fi, Power outlets/USB ports for each seat, a fully soundproof booth, a printer, lockers (separately contracted), stationery, and soundproof partition panels, providing an essential environment for work and study.
Anyone aged 14 and older is welcome!
You can book a study space, take lessons, or join cultural events.
• Study space: ¥500 per hour (¥550 including tax)
• Seminar room rental: ¥2,000 per hour (¥2,200 including tax)
• Lessons & events: Prices vary depending on the program (details provided separately).

Reservations can be made through our RESERVA booking system linked to our LINE account.
• Select your date, time, seminar room, or event and complete your advance payment by credit card.
• If you’d rather pay on-site, select “Pay on-site” when booking and send us a quick message via LINE.
• Add Lingua Cottage’s official LINE account.
• Click the membership registration link provided via LINE and sign up

• After booking, you’ll receive an Akerun(アケルン) authentication link.
• Use this link to verify your entry and access the facility.

• You’re welcome to bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks! (But please avoid strong-smelling foods.)
• We also have a self-service café with free drinks for all visitors.
💡 Lingua Cottage is not responsible for any issues caused by outside food or drinks.
• English, Korean, and other language lessons (private & small group lessons for 2-4 people)
• Language exchange programs & cultural experience events
• Various seminars and workshops (e.g., pronunciation training, travel English, basic Japanese for tourists)
• Study space bookings can be canceled up to 2 hours before use for a full refund.
• Seminar room, event, and lesson bookings can be canceled up to 12 hours before use for a full refund.
• Cancellations after this period will receive a 50% refund, with a cancellation fee applied.
• No-shows without prior cancellation are non-refundable and may result in a penalty for future bookings. Please be mindful when making reservations!
Membership registration and cancellation are both handled through our official LINE account.
We provide a variety of drinks and light snacks, including:
• Capsule coffee (Nespresso Dolce Gusto)
• Freshly brewed coffee
• Various herbal tea bags
• Carbonated drinks (made with a soda maker)
• Light snacks for a quick bite
💡 Members can enjoy unlimited drinks, while time-based users receive one free drink.
No, Lingua Cottage is designed to run efficiently with minimal management and staff costs, so we don’t have a full-time staff on-site.
💡 However, our language instructors often use the seminar rooms throughout the day, so if you need help, don’t hesitate to ask them! They’ll be happy to assist you if they’re around. If no one is available, just send us a message via LINE, and we’ll respond as soon as possible!
Absolutely!
• Debbie, the founder of Lingua Cottage, has been teaching English for over 20 years. She earned her TESL Diploma in Canada in 2003 and has been dedicated to language education ever since.
• Ji-hee, our head Korean instructor, is also a certified Korean language teacher with 20 years of experience.
All our instructors have relevant degrees, teaching certifications, and extensive experience in their respective languages. They bring unique and effective teaching methods to help you enjoy learning consistently and effectively!
